My interest in this work began with a simple curiosity about my own wellbeing. I wanted to find a more effective way to respond to life in times of challenge, and over time I discovered that these moments often hold deep insight. Meeting them taught me how to find clarity and connection, not just within myself, but in the way I relate to the world.
I trained professionally in Psychology and have explored a range of holistic practices, including yoga, meditation, reiki, Thai massage, NLP, and shamanic healing. Each has offered a different way of understanding the relationship between mind, body, and experience, and together they inform how I approach this work.
Beyond training, my approach is shaped by my own path - the challenges, insights, and lessons I have gathered along the way. I bring a grounded, attentive presence to my work, creating a space where people can begin to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels steady, real, and held.
